    • Exchange of Customer information with advertising partners: The Customer behavior tracking system used by TRUONG XUAN INTERFOODS on display advertising channels (such as Customer remarketing, DoubleClick advertising campaign management system, reporting on Customer demographics, the interest of Customers in Google Analytics tool…) can collect the information such as age, gender, interests, the number of interactions and the number of times the advertisement appears. With the advertising settings feature, Customers can choose to exit the Customer behavior tracking feature of Google Analytics and choose how the advertising display channel appears (on Google or Facebook…).
  • The other situations that TRUONG XUAN INTERFOODS is permited to use by the Customers or by the current Vietnamese laws and regulations.

If Customers do not want to receive any advertising information or promotional program from TRUONG XUAN INTERFOODS, they have the right to refuse at any time by sending a request to stop receiving notifications, information from TRUONG XUAN INTERFOODS’s application.

3. Information retention period

TRUONG XUAN INTERFOODS only retains Customer Information in a necessary period for the purpose that the Information was collected or as required by the Contract or as required by the current laws and/or until the Customers clearly notify TRUONG XUAN INTERFOODS of a different retention period.
