Delivery process

Truong Xuan Interfoods delivers the goods through the agent system in the customer area, and commits that the goods are 100% new. However, during the delivery process, there are many unexpected risks and breakage. Therefore, when receiving the goods, the customers need to double-check with the delivery staffs following the 3 steps below:

  • Open the package and compare the goods with the invoice.
  • Check whether the actual products are same as the products that have been ordered.
  • Check whether the packaging and products are damaged during the delivery process.

If the customers are not satisfied with any of the above 3 steps, the Customers can require the Delivery Staffs to confirm and return the goods. Truong Xuan Interfoods will not responsible for handling the complaints about the missing or incorrect items after the Customer has signed and paid for the order. If customers choose “Pay directly upon receipt” method, the customers will need to pay directly to the delivery staffs immediately after receiving the goods. For the bank transfer payment method: The customers must pay before receiving the delivery notice, goods will be delivered upon receipt of payment.
